The Council of Travellers is fucked! First of Glyaxia Command with holding information to them, then there's heading some fierceless machine towards them!! TREACHERY TO THE MAX

[link] For part I! (part 2 tonight)

Man, this comic was/is a blast to do! Why is it not that easy to color other folks stuff this quick and this shitty and still looking fun? Yeah, fun. I think this is a true fun comic, nothing more.
I thank X-Man #-1 for the inspiration/influence )still! wonder where it is...) - that was some tight pseudo retro coloring mixed with 90ies artwork.
I think i arrived full swing back in the 90ies, right on spot where it was the climax of all styles possible. Nowadays i don't see many styles in comics anymore and it all got quite less tempting for me to pick up - it's all gotten a lil' crampy (think that's also due the lie that came with 90ies comic boom that you can make money with this crap --- 90ies-love is a piece of controversity, haha).
I'm thinking always of the Glyos comics that they are made at end of the 80ies towards the mid of the 90ies right in all the TMNT boom and all that awkward and weird stuff that surfaced at the time and anything was possible to rocket towards kids and it ranged from totally crazy to absolutely horrible - Glyos is in the nerdy center i think. Also tried in the last comics to stylize the Pheyden(skull head dude) character like Peter Laird would draw him, since his forehead is almost a turtle mouth with eyes in it. This way i can just go on with my 8 year old self's tradition of drawing turtl- - kind-of-turtles all day. Need to make a drawing of them side by side - - -
Long jab...

loose yellow pencils on cheap copy paper (the grey 'Eco' one)
and all sizes of Stabilos (0.4 & 1.0...that's it)
and a Sharpie for the panels.
digital colors and paper on it.

GLYOS and Onell Design 2012.

I really like how you explained how the characters get to have two heads and etc like in the toys. Pretty clever

welp, check this out [link] & [link]
minis are fun, though i'm back in admiration for TMNT again, also loving your artist renditions pretty much (am lurking on fwoosh from time to time)!! those opened up again the search for all the artists involved and besides are inspiring me alot on how to render the Glyos dudes. Is not an easy ordeal but i think it works now, latest by this comic :D
Thanks!!

Thanks. The artist rendition turtles are my passion. I love the OMFG figures. I was an original backer when they hit kickstarter. It's so cool that you were involved with them.
